This purchase agreement, dated __________________, acknowledges that Mystical Boxers (hereafter referred to as Breeder or Litter Owner) has sold a purebred

1. The Breeder agrees that if the Buyer, within 48 hours from the date of this Purchase Agreement,

develops Buyer’s remorse, the purchaser may return the puppy for a refund defined as the difference

in purchase price less $________ (___________________________ Dollars). All other incidental costs associated with

the return of the puppy shall be borne by the Buyer.

2. The Buyer agrees to have this puppy fully examined by a certified veterinarian within 1 week of

taking possession and a copy of this examination forwarded to the Breeder. If the examine finds that

this puppy is unfit, the Buyer may return the puppy for a full refund provided that the exam is

performed within the 1 week from the purchase date.

3. If the Buyer, for any reason, is unable to keep this Boxer it must be returned to the Breeder prior to re-homing.

4. This puppy is guaranteed for heart problems until 1 year of age. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to

have the puppy preliminary checked for heart certified by this time. If the puppy is found to have  heart disease, within the first year, the Breeder will replace the puppy with one from their next litter. Signed documentation,from a certified veterinarian in the specific field, of problems must be provided to the Breeder. The puppy must either be returned to Breeder  to receiving their replacement puppy, if buyer wishes to keep the said puppy proof of spay/neuter must be sent to the breeder. The buyer agrees to keep the Breeder informed of any health problems that arise during the life of the puppy.  The buyer will also inform the Breeder of natural or accidental death of the dog, at any age.

5. The Breeder agrees to assist the BUYER with problems or concerns that may arise with the puppy.No monetary amount

will be charged to the Buyer for these services nor will any monies be provided to the Buyer for any related costs.

6) The signee recognizes their responsibility as pet owner, to maintain their puppy to ensure it is in good health and kept in safe surroundings.   Proper food, medical care and vaccinations are required.  Proper precautions should be taken to insure the safety of your new puppy.  Precaution should be taken against theft or running away, the animal's well being should always be a prime concern.  The seller retains the right to reclaim this  animal (at no  cost or obligation) at any time it is deemed the buyer is remiss in caring for the animal.  This shall include  being left in an unsanitary environment or any mental or physical cruelty.

7) Seller guarantees the health of the animal one year from the date of purchase, providing medical treatment is provided, all vaccinations are current and animal seem   well cared for.  If the animal should contract any debilitating congenital condition, the Buyer may return said animal, along with documentation of medical condition, with the said dogs registration papers to the seller and the seller will replace the animal with a similar quality puppy  when available.  In cases where the buyer elects to keep the said animal, no money will be refunded.

8)If the puppy is sold with a limited registration this allows the Buyer to show in performance events i.e. obedience, agility, rally etc. but is not allowed it to be shown in confirmation. If this puppy is sold to be used for breeding Buyer must have heart and eyes certified before breeding occurs.

9) Buyer has 72 hours to take said puppy to their veterinarian for a health check up.  If any life threatening disease should be found, buyer may return  the puppy for a full refund or another puppy if available.  This does not include worms of any kind, coccidia, fleas or any non-life  threatening disease.

10) If for any reason Buyer cannot keep said animal at any time, Mystical Boxer's owner Robin Adkins will be notified and if a suitable home cannot be  found, said animal will return to Mystical Boxer's, at no cost or obligation to Robin Adkins.

11) The Buyer agrees to keep the Breeder informed of any address or phone number changes.

12) We encourage the Buyer to join a local Breed club, or kennel club, and enroll your puppy in obedience classes.

13) Included with this puppy are a vaccine record, AKC Registration paperwork, Breeder vet information, information regarding feeding, vaccinating and training, with a puppy pack from ProPlan.

14) Buyer agrees to retain the Breeder kennel name (Mystical) on all registration papers, including AKC.

15) This Purchase Agreement is considered a Bill of Sale.  Signing below indicates that all parties agree to all terms explained above.  Any deviation or breach of above terms or stipulations  will result in the buyer forfeiting all rights of ownership of above Boxer to Breeder.  Any disputes will be settled in the Courts of Bradley County, TN.
